Limit Fast Food Usage so you can Feel Excellent |

The fast food industry has been blamed for everyone's obesity problem.
Just because they produce the poor quality, high sodium, high
preservative food and market it around the world doesn't mean that they
deserve all the blame for the fast food nutritional information or lack
of it. Did that restaurant feed your child pop/soda or teach your
children to substitute real nutritious homemade food for fast food?
Did that restaurant say babies and children should skip drinking milk
and eating fruits and veggies? No, it is our lack of control and
desire for convenience. You may ask 1. do I have children and 2 do
they eat fast food. The answer is 1. yes and 2. yes. You may ask 'why
in the world would I do that knowing the fast food nutrition
information. Because I want my children to learn to eat in moderation
and choose healthy choices especially when the convenience of home is
not available. My children never ate fast food when they were very
young. Now, they are old enough to understand the fast food nutrition
information a little bit so I do let them get treats there
periodically. Here's a good experiment to do with your children (and
yourself). Buy a fast food product such as chicken pieces and fries.
Leave them out on the counter. Wait - 1 day, 1 week, even 6 months
(that's how old mine are now) and watch for change....There is no change
in appearance because the preservatives are so great that the food
still looks like it did when you bought it. Is that what you really
want in your stomach or your child's stomach? I certainly hope not.
If you need to eat fast food periodically because you are away from
home, then make smart choices - never pop/soda; never supersize even if
it is cheaper (weight gain, obesity, diabetes is never cheaper); limit
the simple carbs and chose healthy choices like yogurt, fruit and
veggies; limit all the high fat sauces... Teach your children young so they don't have to battle with weight management their whole lives. Also so they can feel excellent inside and outside. Don't let the fast food
industry dictate your child's future: you are stronger than that.
They will be too by eating properly and making wise choices.
Understand the fast food nutritional information so you can win.
Furthermore,
if you or your children are active, choose a well-tested, all natural
nutrition sports vitamins and mineral. In general, most people will benefit from
a vitamin nutrition supplement that is high quality. Maybe we should
starting making the fast food industry offer a quality health food vitamin with the meals, instead of fries or the toy. (ha ha). If you truly want vitamins and mineral that are proven and time tested, click here.
REMEMBER: EVERYONE DESERVES TO FEEL EXCELLENT & BE HEALTHY!
