What you eat may effect your mood.
Notice that when you eat junk food, you may feel inactive, drowsy, or even sick. Because of this, you may not feel excellent. Many bodies habituate to these physical feelings until they feel indifferent. However, those who are unhealthy may not feel up to par when engaging in physical activity.
It's important to consider your weight management when you want to feel excellent. Weight management includes eating right, taking health food vitamins, using vitamin nutrition supplements, and measuring your vitamins and mineral intake.
In order to get onto the proper weight management plan, it may be a good idea to visit a nutritionist in order to get onto the right track. However, if you can't see a nutritionist for some reason, you may want to cut unnecessary fats, oils and sugars from your diet. You need to watch your protein intake in proportion to your weight (See: Mypyramid.gov).
If you're having a difficult time fighting the temptation, you may want to consider eating substitutes. For example, if you love ice cream, you may want to substitute your cravings with frozen yogurt.
To feel excellent may be partially a state of mind, but it's also due to how you take care of your body. Feel excellent by carefully taking out the junk and putting in the good fuels. Also include an active lifestyle and you'll be all set.
