There are many different things you can do to help yourself feel excellent. Things like weight management via healthy eating and regular exercise are more obvious things you can do to feel excellent. It’s also a great idea to take a vitamin nutrition supplement to boost your overall health. Unfortunately we often overlook some of the things we should all be doing in order to make sure we continue to feel excellent. For example, many people do not get sufficient sleep. Most people here in the United Sates sleep for an average of just six hours per night. In order to feel excellent you really need eight hours a night, since REM sleep is proven to boost our mental health. Another thing we should all be doing in the bid to feel excellent is taking personal time to do things that are just for us. Try to make sure you take an hour each day where you don’t have to worry about work, kids, bills or chores that have to be done. Finally don’t forget to take your yearly vacation if you want to feel excellent. A vacation spent with the people you love most can help you escape the stresses of everyday life for a while so that you can restore your energy levels and go back to work relaxed and refreshed.
