Again, this rated highly in our testing with the exception of the requirements of how to use the money. However, keep in mind that this is free money so it is better than not doing anything. It will add up with time if you just use the designated Upromise portal to shop. The key with Upromise is to allow the money to add up while your children (or whom ever) the money is going too. It is nice because they also allow you to divide the money among children. For one of the testers, this account added up to approximately $1000 in 12 years. Not bad for not doing anything other than just shopping through a designated portal.

Dubli - *Visit Save Money Now to start saving money now.  Remember registration is free.  Dubli is an online shopping mall that is the only program that really allows you to save money online with no restrictions. It is similar to Upromise in the fact that you must shop through the Dubli portal to qualify for the cash back savings. It is free to register (1), it offers over 850 popular stores, ver 1000 well-known restaurants (with additional local restaurant coupons), plus many additional savings (2,3,4,5). It is simple to use like Upromise and even allows for a form of shopping call reverse auctions. The only slightly confusing thing that our testers found was that when you first go into the site, there are 2 folder tabs - one for auctions and one for shopping. The other thing the customer must be aware of is that the credit doesn't register instantly. However, we didn't find any program that registered the online savings instantly. Probably the main thing that made Dubli the top way to save money online shop was you choose how to use your cash rewards - place it on a charge card, reuse it in the Dubli store to earn even more money back, or even donate it to a charity. With the economy the way it is today, this was crucial to the testing group because some people need money today, not 5-10 from today for school. Also, once your cash back rewards is $25 or more, you can redeem it.
