advantages of online shopping, online shopping mall Advantages of Online Shopping beat the Disadvantages by far for me.  Until recently, I never would've said that statement.  I could give or take online shopping because I like to see what I am getting, and I like to have it when I pay.  I also like to be able to return it.  However, I am very economically sound and believe in using the systems to my advantage.  For example, when I use my charge card, it is not because I don't have the money:  it is because I am 1.  going to stall 1 month before I need to pay the bill 2.  have the guarantee that the company will stand behind their contract or the charge card company will help me get my money back or 3.  I am receiving some percent in cash back.   I'll be honest, my favorite is cash back.  I like it when I get money back so I can decide when to use it and where to use it.

Upromise is very good at giving you rewards and cash back on specific orders for college for your children.  Those of you unfamiliar with Upromise, I'll give it to you in a nut shell.  Upromise is set up that if you shop through their portal, you can earn a percent to go into a savings fund or 529 (school fund) for your children or grandchildren.  Now, Upromise has been good to us and we haven't spent ANYTHING.  Now this is the key - you need to look for savings programs that don't charge you to do them.  Rewards are good but not when you have to keep track of when and where to use them.  Then they become burdens, not rewards.  So I did some more searching and came across what is working even better for me than Upromise.

Dubli is an online shopping mall and reverse auction. You can click here if you'd like to check it out.  I mainly use the shopping because remember I am conservative and what to reap rewards whenever I can from my normal purchases.  I don't want to spend:  I want to save.  Let's face it, with a family of 7 whether I like it or not, I have to spend money on shopping.  Where do I shop, you may ask.  Really it doesn't matter because Dubli has over 850 stores and thousands of restaurants, but I use my same old stores.  It's simple, I shop from Oriental Trading for school and church and everything in between,  Kohls, Bergners, Office Max, Home Depot,Toys R US, Chilis, Cheddars, Staples, Dell for our home business and probably a hundred more I can't think of right now.  The point is all I have to do to earn cash back is 1. register (of course, for free with no haunting emails) and 2. shop through their portal.  It is that easy.  Then I just site back and allow my credits to build up into cash.

Then what?  Do you ask?  Then I can place the money on a charge card to spend, use it at one of these stores I shop at anyway or donate it.  All of which are winners to me.  So I have to say that in this case, the advantages of online shopping far outweigh the disadvantages.

Since this is free, we even teach our clients to use it so they can afford the things they want or even need in life especially when the economy is slow.

P.S. Just in case you are having a tough time finding the register button or the shopping button, this is where they are located.  To see the site, you can click here.  Reigster is on the top left side and the shopping tab is just next to the auction tab. Very simple but if you do have questions, you can always email me at barb.healthandharmony@gmail.com.
