thanksgiving, family  Happy Thanksgiving!

No matter how busy our lives are, we still need to take time to say "Wow, I have a lot to be thankful for".  Then list some of the things you are thankful for  - family, spouse, children, weather, personality, education, career....  Whatever it is, there is something to be thankful for.  If times are tough, it may take you a few minutes to search and find something, but it is important to look and discover.  

Taking time to appreciate what we have is healthy.  Your health isn't just based on eating right, sleeping adequately, taking supplements and exercising.  It is based on  your state of mind and soul also.  Take a moment and RELAX.  Life is busy and time flies but don't forget to enjoy what you are working so very hard for:  You can't go back.  Enjoy your children being 2, 9,12,13,27, 30 whatever they are.  Enjoy your spouse coming home at night and asking you about your day.  Enjoy the beautiful weather.  Take time and enjoy this Holiday season
