Myth or Fact: Many people think that all wraps are healthy and created equal?
Totally a MYTH. A wrap may have more carbs than a plan white hamburger bun adn be less satisfying. The only way a wrap is healthier is if you choose a healthier wrap - look for high fiber, protein, no trans fat (you never want these), and a whole grain.
We recommend Buena Vida brand. The protein per a tortilla is 4 grams, carbs 7g (where fiber is 3 g so your net carbs are only 4g), fat is only 4g (no saturated or trans), and the total calories is only 70. Pretty good nutrition for a little wrap.*
